Goals:
Placement at Mediterranean hotels and restaurants, acquire new expiriences, certification and evaluation from the hosting organization and Europass Mobility document for 120 students of Gastronomical and Economical School Complex

Activities/tasks carried out:
Practical training in the restaurant, helping the chef in the daily work, preparing and cleaning the place of work, cooking traditional dishes, working in the team with Italian colleagues

Getting to know Italian cooking: pasta as a traditional speciality, getting to know the methods and technologies of Italian food production: learning the use and application of genuine food
Language skills and competences acquired (if not included under 'Job-related skills and competences') improve Italian language skills, introduction to Italian vocabulary relating to cooking
Organisational skills and competences acquired (if not included under 'Job-related skills and competences') introduction to the security and sanitation of work rules in the restaurant, client’s service rules, time management at work
Social skills and competences acquired (if not included under 'Job-related skills and competences') know how to understand and to realize dishes under guide to chef, to fulfil a task, teamwork, learning about working conditions at Italy
